Nadine… at the MAMCO Geneva

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

The MAMCO Museum is definitely one of my favorite places in Geneva.

When the exhibitions are too conceptual for me (it happens, even if their exhibitions are usually really good), I tend to look dreamily at the building. The exterior and interior are both amazing with an exquisite old factory feel updated by modern renovated parts… It summarizes quite everything I love right now; architecture, minimalism, old factories, white, pure lines, art, good books and coffee. There’s always something new to look at, even if you go there often. Geneva is a very calm town (welcome to switzerland) but the atmosphere has something even more peaceful as soon as you get near…

Plus it’s situated in the Quartier des Bains, which is the best place in town for art, coffee and drinks! What’s not to like?

ps: Here you can see the beautiful  Nadine, a History of Art student, dear coffee and museum lover, fitting perfectly in the graphic decor…
